As I looked over Jennifer Granholm’s plan for the Michigan auto industry, I was struck by how vintage Granholm it was. In her 6-point plan, Granholm proposed creating more plans for planning purposes. And it was typically full of broad generalizations.
One concrete plan to save jobs was missing. It is very simple: don’t vote for John Kerry. We all know about his plan to hike fuel efficiency standards (CAFE) and, in the process, destroy Michigan auto jobs.
If Granholm likes simple solutions, we suggest she use this simple plan: don’t vote for John Kerry - it’s not good for Michigan and it’s not good for America.
