LANSING, Mich., September 3, 2020 —This week, the Ford Rawsonville Plant in Ypsilanti completed its 50,000th ventilator. This marks the completion of the Trump Administration’s partnership with Ford, guaranteeing America was well equipped to handle the COVID-19 crisis.

“Thanks to President Trump’s leadership, every American who needs a ventilator can get a ventilator, and I am incredibly proud that many of those ventilators were built right here in Michigan,” said Michigan Republican Party Chairman Laura Cox. Cox continued, “This partnership shows that President Trump is continuing to ensure that hospitals are well equipped to deliver life-saving care to Americans afflicted with the COVID-19 virus. Thank you to the workers at Ford who made this accomplishment possible.”
